RACI Matrix A responsibility assignment matrix that shows who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed for each task or deliverable. Each item should have one Accountable person.
Example The RACI shows the analyst is Responsible for requirements and the sponsor is Accountable for sign-off.
